COST ESTIMATING

With extensive project delivery experience, Groundwork Properties is well suited to assist in cost evaluation at any stage of a project.  We offer initial estimating services for project budget establishment, as well design phase estimates to check compliance with the previously established project budget.  Alternatively we provide independent, third party estimating to check assumptions of cost against budgets, with a focus on architectural and structural design.
