The following is some background information about Groundwork Properties Inc., which is managed by Benjamin Tomlinson and Jonathan Tomlinson.

Benjamin has a Bachelor�s degree and Master�s degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho. Following school, he went to work at a leading architectural firm in the Seattle area. In addition, he has taken on freelance work in order to build his knowledge and skill set. Benjamin has developed a well rounded technical knowledge as well as experience in sustainable design. Additionally, he has managed client and sub-consultant relationships on multi-million dollar projects.

Jonathan has a Bachelor�s degree in Business focusing in Production & Operations Management, and a Bachelor�s degree in Information Systems, both from the University of Idaho. Following school, he went to work for an aerospace company in the Seattle area working in program management and contract management. Jonathan has managed complex, multi-year development programs for avionics software and hardware, negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, licensed intellectual property, and obtained valuable customer service skills from dealing with both internal and external customers and suppliers. In addition, Jonathan is a licensed real estate broker.

The team feels they offer a complete mix of business and design skills that will prove invaluable to clients interested in real estate services.
